Bachelor/Masters Degree Combo, Public Health Studies
The Bachelor’s/Master of Health Science program offers early graduate school admission to JHU juniors and seniors. This unique opportunity allows undergraduate students to develop advising relationships with Bloomberg faculty while getting a head start on graduate-level coursework. Bachelor’s/MHS students may apply up to 16 credits earned from Bloomberg coursework taken as an undergraduate to the MHS degree.
Admitted students must complete their bachelor's degree before matriculating into the MHS in Environmental Health. The MHS prepares individuals for careers in basic science (including medicine), as well as careers in environmental health policy, governmental practice, or the private sector.
Please visit the How to Apply page for application requirements and instructions.
JHU students interested in the Bachelor’s/MHS program may apply during their junior or senior year.
For juniors, the deadline is July 1.
Seniors may apply at the start of their senior year until October 15. After this date, students might consider applying to the MHS program directly.
