Stepping Stone to the MS OEH
The Certificate in Environmental and Occupational Health can be completed entirely online and can serve as a potential lead-in to the MS OEH part-time degree.
Completion of the certificate coursework that is part of the MS OEH core curriculum with a “B” or better in all courses will allow prospective degree candidates to request a waiver of the GRE requirement for MS part-time admission. Students who complete the certificate and are accepted into the MS OEH part-time program can apply the completed courses towards the degree program coursework. *Please note that admission to the certificate program does not guarantee admission to the MS program; upon request we will pre-screen your resume and undergraduate transcripts for admissibility to the master's program before you apply to the Certificate.
Contact Carla Reinhard for more information about using the certificate as a stepping stone.
All online students must complete the free Introduction to Online Learning course prior to the start of the term in which the first internet course is taken.
