Research Associate Opportunity in Genomics Bioinformatics
A Research Associate position in the area of epigenomics is immediately available at the Johns Hopkins University with a focus on NGS data analysis and integration of data from different analysis platforms (RNA-Seq, DNA-methylation, ChIP-Seq).
Candidates with genomics computational expertise and motivation to work in translational research are encouraged to apply. The candidate will work in an interdisciplinary research team on environmental health, toxicology, and cancer biology. Current projects include genomic, transcriptomic and toxico- epigenomics and genomic analyses of lung cancer with a focus on ROS and metabolism.
- PhD with proven research experience in bioinformatics and analyses of genome-wide data (eRRBS seg, WG-BS Seq, ChIPseq, RNAseq) as demonstrated by publication,
- Exceptional candidates with MS and at least three years of relevant experience as evident from publications may also apply,
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
